1.|IneedHelp| What is #Cservice, and what kind of help do they provide?
|Assistant| #Cservice is the Official X help channel, they provide help about X and registered channels.
2.|IneedHelp| Can #Cservice help me if I don`t have op in a channel without X, or if in my channel was a takeover?
|Assistant| No, #Cservice helps only with channels that allready have X or with channel applications. For takeover and no op you should go to #zT #nastrand or #operhelp .

|Assistant| The Cservice website is http://cservice.undernet.org/live .
4.|IneedHelp| I want to register my nickname, can I ?
|Assistant| NO, you can`t register your nickname on UnderNet here nicknames are free and anyone can use them. You can only register your username. To do that go to http://cservice.undernet.org/live and click on “Register”.
After that you have to fallow the rules from the website, you also need an ISP [Internet Service Provider(the one that brings internet connection in your home)] email. For more information join #usernames.
5.|IneedHelp| How can I register my own channel with UnderNet`s channel services?
|Assistant| First you have to own an username and to have 10 usernames(10 people/ friends) to support your channel application. After that go to http://cservice.undernet.org/live and login there with your username and password, then click on “Register a Channel”, next read the rules from there. The registration proccess take about 10-12days.

7.|IneedHelp| Can I change my username`s password from IRC, or what is the way I can change it?
|Assistant| No, you cannot cange your username`s password from IRC, the only way is to go to http://cservice.undernet.org/live , to login, to click on “New Password” and complete the form from there!

|Assistant| No, #Cservice will send you to #usernames , so you should better join #usernames from the first time !

|Assistant| You can change the manager of you channel by going to http://cservice.undernet.org/live , login, go to “Forms”, after that to “Manager Change Request” and complete one of the forms from there !

|Assistant| No, it`s imposible.
11.|IneedHelp| I want to take X out of my channel for ever, can I?
|Assistant| Sure, You can change the manager of you channel by going to http://cservice.undernet.org/live , login, go to “Forms”, after that to “Purge Request” and fallow the rules from there!
12.|IneedHelp| In my channel I want to addautoop to all the people in access list at once, what is tha command?
|Assistant| There is no such command, you`ll have to use the “/msg x modinfo #channel automode username op “ command for every user from the access list.
13.|IneedHelp| If I want to be a helper in #Cservice, do I get payed, or how can I be a helper there?
|Assistant| You`ll not get payed, noone gets payed, IRC is free and helpers are volunteers. If you want to help read this before you start http://cservice.undernet.org/main/guidelines.html .

|Assistant| Try www.undernet.org/servers.php
15.|IneedHelp| If I `m not on IRC for some days will my username get suspended, or my channel?
|Assistant| Your username will be erased after 60days of non login, and in your channel a vote for a new manager will be held after 21 days of non login!
16.|IneedHelp| How many usernames can I have/use?
|Assistant| You can have/use just one username, if you will have/use more than one you will get both suspended by a cservice administrator because it means that you abuse of UnderNet`s services.
17.|IneedHelp| Can I put my bnc in #Cservice ?
|Assistant| No, #Cservice`s ops allow you to watch the channel, but don`t idle a lot here because you will be banned.
18.|IneedHelp| How can I have access on #Cservice ?
|Assistant| You can`t, on #Cservice you can help and if the ops will see that you are good and they can trust you maybe some day you will be rewarded.
19.|IneedHelp| On a channel without X, how can i get op back ?
|Assistant| Well, join #zT or #nastrand or #operhelp and ask for help there.
